This has been an issue with Win10 for many people who prefer forcing wide screen on old (and not so old) I'm not the biggest techie when it comes to this stuff so I'm not sure if there's something I've missed to make it display correctly on Windows 10 or should I just go ahead with the nuclear option and reinstall an older version of Windows? Any help would ![]() Option I can see to get it working like before is to uninstall Windows 10 and go back to whatever OS he was on before, but as he's gone over the 30 trial period the easy option to revert back to his old Windows is gone and I'll likely have to do a clean install I've been at this for a while now playing around with settings, installing drivers etc but nothing has worked. I've told him it's an old game and to try something new but he's stubborn and is determined to make me try and fix the problem. ![]() ![]() It sucks for him as his eyesight is going and now he can't play his favourite game as he just can't see it well enough. Hi, basically I'm trying to help out my granddad with his PC, all he pretty much uses it for is to play this old game (Jewel Quest Solitaire) and since Windows 10 updated on his computer it won't run full screen anymore, the game comes up smaller surroundedīy thick black borders.
